Clarity Within | Purpose Coach | NZ & Aust
A few years ago, I found myself stuck in a cycle of frustration—unhappy in my job, overwhelmed by my own ambitions, and unsure how to move forward. I watched others living the life I wanted, but I felt lost, unsupported, and unable to break free from old patterns. One day, during a free coaching call, my coach asked me a simple but powerful question: “What do you want?” That moment hit me like lightning. I realized I’d been waiting for change instead of creating it.
The breakthrough was clear: If I wanted a different life, I had to take responsibility for my choices and take consistent, purposeful action. No one else could do it for me. I needed a framework to guide me something to anchor me when things got tough...
I needed a framework to guide me—something to anchor me when things got tough and keep me moving forward.
Once I embraced this shift, everything began to change. I started showing up for myself, and the support and resources I needed began to appear. My business grew, my confidence returned, and I found myself not just dreaming about a better life, but actively building it.
That journey led me to develop my Five Pillars of Purpose: Clarity, Accountability, Direction, Balance, and Grounding. These pillars became the foundation for my own transformation and now form the core of my coaching and workshops. I use them to help others move from feeling stuck to living with intention and fulfillment12.
If you’re feeling lost or overwhelmed, know that you’re not alone—and that breakthrough is possible. The way out is through action, guided by purpose. I invite you to discover your own “aha” moment and let the Five Pillars of Purpose support your journey to a life you truly love.
